Additional $50 for rentals including holidays. Small pets under 20 pounds considered with prior approval and fee
Smoke Free Environment
State and resort taxes of 11 ½ per cent apply
Cleaning fee of $75 - $85
Payment: Check, PayPal, cash and wire transfer. Deposit due on booking to hold dates desired. Complete amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit: weekly rental $200, monthly $500.
Security will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure after viewing of property.
Cancellation Policy: Written and received 60 days in advance of arrival date to receive full refund. With less notice refund will be given if property is rented for same time period and same rental amount.
