$25 additional each day of holiday period. Example: one day ahead, the holiday, and the day after holiday listed.

RULES

Smoke Free Environment Provided 

Small pets under 40 pounds considered with prior approval and fee. Pets must be restrained on leashes as per city codes.

State and resort taxes of 11 ½ per cent apply

Cleaning fee of $85...  For 6+ guests cleaning for Heron is $100

PAYMENT: Check, cash and wire transfer.  Deposit by check due on booking to hold dates desired. For extended stays complete amount due 60 days prior to arrival. For stays of a week or shorter...FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED minimum of 14 days prior to entry date. If not, reservation will be canceled.

SECURITY: weekly rental $200, monthly $500.

Security will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure after viewing and agreeing property has been left in appropriate condition. You will be charged for

broken, more than average wear and soil, and missing property.

CANCELLATION  POLICY: Written and received 60 days in advance of arrival date to receive full refund. We are a small business and are  impacted by cancellation. With less notice refund will be given if property is rented for same time period and same rental amount.

We encourage our guests to consider the purchase of trip insurance.
